ORDERS

You place your orders directly online thanks to our online platform. Whether it is our prices, the use of your discount vouchers or the payment methods available, you will find here all the answers to your questions about ordering: 

ADD PRODUCTS to your order

You build your order with the products from our catalogue available in our warehouse: 


  1. Select the amount and add them to your order by clicking on the shopping cart from the catalogue or on "Add to order" from a product sheet.
  2. Find your items on the ORDER CHECKOUT page by clicking on MY ORDER in the top bar of the website. You confirm and pay for your order online.

UNDERSTANDING the rates

PRICE PER UNIT

The prices displayed on our website - visible once you are connected - are prices for a box or bouquet whose number of products or weight is specified in the product sheet. Prices per flower are indicated in the case of flower boxes. 



QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

All products on the SecondFlor website are subject to decreasing prices according to the quantity purchased:


  • From 5 units = up to 10% off
  • From 30 units = up to 20% off

You confirm and pay for your order online from the ORDER CHECKOUT page:


MY ORDER

You will find here the products you have added to your order. You have the option to change the quantity or delete products. For the use of vouchers see the section below on VOUCHERS.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Choose the shipping address you wish to use. You can add a new address or update an existing one. To manage your shipping addresses go to your account > SHIPPING ADDRESSES


MODE OF DELIVERY

Two modes of delivery are available:


  • Delivery by Chronopost - 1 working day in France, 2-5 working days in Europe (for an order made before 1pm excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Pickup at the depot by you or your carrier.

PAYMENT METHOD

Check the approval box in the general terms and conditions of sale to have the payment methods displayed. 

You have two payment methods at your disposal. It is the reception of payment that triggers the preparation and shipment of your order: 


  • Pay by credit card and your order is confirmed immediately. If you select this payment method you will be redirected to a secure CB payment page. 
  • Pay by bank transfer and your order will be confirmed upon reception of your transfer.

Product AVAILABILITY

If a product is no longer in stock, several options are available to you:

  • Enter your e-mail in the product's sheet to be instantly notified by e-mail when it is back in stock.
  • Follow our Facebook page where we regularly update you on product restocking.
  • Contact our customer service department for any information on product restocking.

VOUchers

If you have a voucher, it is valid for your next order. All you have to do is enter the code of the voucher in the VOUCHERS field when you confirm your order. In order to avoid errors in typing the discount codes (upper/lower/case/numbers), we advise you to copy/paste them from the email in which they were sent to you. Once the code is inserted, click OK. The amount of the discount is automatically deducted from your order.

MINIMUM order quantity

There is no minimum purchase amount on Secondflor.com. However, for orders under 100€ in France and under 350€ in Europe, a fixed amount of 8€90 for France and 35€ for Europe is applied to your order as shipping costs. An additional incompressible fixed price of 19€90 is applied for any order placed from Corsica.

To find all your current or past orders, log in with your username and password and go to your profile under ORDERS.
