Shipping IN FRANCE

Free delivery and preparation for all orders above 100€ excluding VAT in France. A flat rate of 8,90€ will be applied to all orders under 100€ excluding taxes.
Monaco is considered as a French department. The principality thus enjoys the same advantages as in metropolitan France.

For Corsica, an additional flat rate of 19,60€ is applied.

These conditions are valid only for metropolitan France and Corsica. We do not deliver DOM and TOM.

Free delivery and preparation for all orders above 350€ in Europe. A flat rate of 35€ will be applied to all orders under 350€. Outside these countries of Europe, we do not deliver. You can pick up the goods directly from our warehouse. When placing an order, specify "Customer pick-up" as the carrier's choice. As soon as your order is ready, our customer service will inform you the dimensions and weight of your order. This information will be requested by your carrier to carry out the removal on our premises.

Delivery TIME

Please note that delivery times are given for information only and are not binding. All products available on the website are in stock. Orders are prepared as soon as possible in our warehouse. In metropolitan France, for all orders between before 1 pm, we usually deliver the next day between 8 am and 1 pm (excluding week-ends and public holidays). Shipping time in Europe take on average 2 to 5 days
We draw our customers' attention on some particularities that can cause extended shipping times: hard to reach areas, remote areas, meteorological complications, busiest periods...

No complaints can be accepted regarding delivery times.

RECEPTION of the goods

Our deliveries are performed by one of our transport service providers, selected for their experience and conscientiousness. In every instance, the delivery ends at the door of the building. The driver doesn't deliver indoors or upstairs. You must be able to receive your products. If any anomaly is noticed (ripped film, damaged box), please put it down on the delivery note so you can make an appeal.
In every instance, do not hesitate to unwrap your package in front of the delivery mab. Our after-sales service deals exclusively with receipts that have complaints written on the delivery note.


We do not accept returns without a preliminary demand and pictures of the anomalies. If these anomalies are caused by the transport, you must write your complaints on the delivery note. Every justified complaint will be treated by our services. We commit to give you an answer within 3 working days.

WE ONLY DELIVER to professionals

We do not ship to non-corporate clients. Therefore, we cannot ship to your private clients. However, we can work with your transport services and hand your products to the company of your choice with your delivery note.
