DO IT YOURSELF!
Rose buttonhole
Who never dreamed of being able to keep a floral accessory in memory of their wedding ? Thanks to stabilized flowers and plants, it is possible ! In just 20 minutes, make a pretty buttonhole that you can keep for a long time !
To make this Do It Yourself, you need :
- 1 preserved rose
- 5 preserved coculus leaves
- 2 bit of preserved miscanthus
- 1 T-pin
- 2 different sizes of pearls
- 1 flower holder
- 2 cardboard (4x12 cm)
- Brass wire
- Floratape
- Floral hot and cold glue
- Some tools
1 / Put the rose on the flower holder, then floratape the stem.
2 /Cover the stem with the brass wire.
3 / Insert the two beads into the wire and tie.
4 / Cut out two pieces of identical cardboard of 4 x 12 cm and floratape them.
5 / Attach the T-pin to the back of one of the cardboard boxes with hot glue..
6 / Cover a cardboard with coculus leaves, glue them with floral glue.
7 / Put a glue line on the back of a cardboard.
8 / Insert the miscanthus strands between the two pieces creating two loops. Stick it together.
9 / Attach the rose to the cardboard pieces with the brass wire.
