DIY : Heart of glass
No, we're not going to talk about Blondie's song today, but about a new composition on the theme of Valentine's Day! A perfect little container to discreetly decorate your space and highlight the red rose: the symbol par excellence of romance.
To make this Do It Yourself, you need :
- A container
- 1 English rose head
- A few white petals
- A wrought iron heart
- 2 strands of bear grass
- 20 cm of red rattan
- Floral foam
- Scissors + Knife
- Hot glue
1 / Using the punch, cut out a foam cylinder with the same diameter as the neck of the vase.
2 / Glue the foam in the bottom of the vase.
3 / Arrange the rose petals around the moss.
4 / Autoblock the rattan and bear grass in the vase.
5 / Block the heart between the rattan and the wall of the vase.
6 / Glue the English rose and fix it in the centre of the composition, in the floral foam.
7 / Position the rose, flush with the edge of the container.
