DIY / Orchids bridge | Pont d'orchidées
An original, unique and eternal creation. To offer or decorate a table: two dendrobium, some bear grass, and realize this composition in twenty minutes.
To make this Do It Yourself, you need : - 3 preserved dendrobium - 2 preserved cobra leaves - 2 preserved tropical leaves - 1 preserved bear grass bouquet - Rattan - Florist stem wire - Floratape stem wrap - Spool floral wire - Floral foam - 2 containers - Some tools
1 / Foam the containers without making the foam overtaking.
2 / Cut 2 cobra leaves to the containers' diameter.
3 / Attach the cobra leaves to the container using wire riders.
4 / Split two 25 cm length rattans in width. Cut the ends into bevels.
5 / Gather 10 bear grassstrands with brass wire, then floratape the ends
6 / Wrap 2 tropical leaves, then staple them.
7 / Prick the rattan and bear grass arches from one container to the other.
8 / Make the hooks of the 2 dendrobium on the technical wire.
9/ At the base of each of the pots, insert a dendrobium head and a tropical leaf.
10 / Take the petals from the remaining dendrobium head and stick them on the arches with cold glue.
