Humidity: Do not place it in contact with another flower or a light-coloured porous material to avoid colour transfer, especially in a very humid environment. Darker colours are more likely to transfer.

Light & heat exposure: The flower exposed to the sun for extended periods of time may discolour - Exposed to heat, it dries out.

Evolution over time: Over time, flowers tend to wither and fade more or less. Dark colours discolour more than light ones.

Why use white hydrangea for a wedding?

The white hydrangea is a flower of choice for wedding decorations, not least because of its timeless elegance and strong symbolism. White, associated with purity and serenity, is a very popular colour for wedding ceremonies. By opting for preserved Peegee hydrangea, you're choosing a natural, long-lasting flower that will retain its beauty throughout the event.

This type of hydrangea offers a touch of freshness and lightness, perfect for creating a romantic and refined atmosphere. Its voluminous shape can also be used to structure impressive floral arrangements without overdoing it, adding volume while remaining discreet. Whether for bridal bouquets, centrepieces or aisle decorations, white hydrangeas are perfect for special occasions like weddings.

How should white hydrangeas be combined?

One of the major advantages of the white hydrangea is its versatility. This flower can be combined with a wide range of plants and colours to suit all styles of decoration. For a classic wedding, you can combine it with white roses or ivory peonies for a refined, chic look. For a country or bohemian theme, plants such as eucalyptus, lavender or ferns complement the softness of white hydrangea perfectly, adding a natural, airy touch.

Pastel shades also work well with this flower. For example, touches of powder pink, lavender or peach work wonderfully with the white of the hydrangea, creating a soft, romantic atmosphere. For a more modern style, you can opt for strong contrasts by combining white hydrangea with brightly coloured flowers such as red, blue or deep purple. Whatever the mood, white blends easily into any décor, and its neutral character makes it a solid base for all your floral arrangements.
