A forest moss with long and generous strands. This very thick moss can stand on its own as a plant covering.
General: Preserved moss is natural. Variations in colours and thicknesses may exist between elements of the same reference. Some parts may show slight defects (uneven colour or thickness...).
Use: Can be glued with PVC floor glue, preferably solvent-free or hot glue. Can be stitched with plants or other decorative elements.
Humidity: If the surrounding humidity level is too high, the moss can become waterlogged and let a few drops of colour escape. Do not bring it into contact with other plants or light-coloured porous material to prevent it from bleeding.
Exposure to light/heat: Moss exposed to the sun for long periods of time may discolour - Exposed to heat, it dries out.
Changes over time: Over time, the moss may discolour slightly.
What is preserved long moss?
Preserved moss is a natural moss that has undergone a preservation process to replace its sap with a special solution. This allows it to retain its softness, vibrant green color, and natural texture for months or even years—without water, light, or maintenance.
The Preserved Long Moss is perfect for creating moss panels, preserved moss art, or large-scale green walls that bring a lush, organic look to any interior.
How to glue preserved moss?
One of the most common questions we receive is: “What kind of glue should I use for preserved moss?”
For the best results, we recommend using solvent-free PVC floor glue on rigid surfaces such as Dibond panels.
If you’re working on a vertical surface, hot glue is the ideal choice—it dries quickly and ensures a strong, lasting bond.
Both options guarantee professional results without damaging the moss.
