Thuja is ideal for the realisation of bonsai or the reconstitution of trees.

Generalities : Stabilized foliages are natural. Variations in size, shape and colour may exist between different elements of the same reference. Some parts may show slight defects (damaged leaves, cut branches...).

Use : Can be glued with hot glue or cold floral glue.

Humidity : If the surrounding humidity level is too high, a few drops of colour may leak from the foliage. Avoid putting it in contact with porous material to prevent the plant from fading.

Light & heat exposure : Prolonged exposure of foliage to the sun may cause discoloration and drying of the product.

Evolution over time : Over time, foliage tends to wilt more or less and fall slightly.

Foliage colour : Food colouring (non-toxic)

The tree of life

Nicknamed Arbor Vitae in North America (tree of life in Latin), thuja has perennial, penetrating green foliage. Very present in the forests of the Northern Hemisphere, it was used for a long time by the Amerindians as a remedy against scurvy. Its branches are flat, light and persistent. Packaged in a bouquet, it can reproduce a similar forest. Cedar is known in the wild to be always green. The same is true for this one, which thanks to its stabilization process ensures freshness and durability for many years.

An ornamental tree

"Thuya" comes from ancient Greek, which means "scented wood". Once planted as an ornamental tree for the attractions of its perfume, it can now be used as a decoration of a place. Whatever the season, thuja has this rustic side that will give cachet to a room too neutral. Alone or associated with branches, it spreads an undeniable woodland atmosphere. The finesse of its composition allows it to accompany different kinds of plant creations. It stands out by its appearance and represents authenticity. The stabilized cedar is undoubtedly a flagship element for all kinds of decoration.
