Natural product. Possible presence of the following characteristics
  • Variable density and flower size

  • Some parts may be broken

Generalities : Preserved flowers are natural. Variations in sizes, shapes and colours can exist between elements of the same reference. Some parts may present slight defects (slightly split petals, damaged sepals...).

Humidity : If the humidity level is too high, a few drops of colour can flow from the flower. Dark colours flow more easily. Do not put it in contact with any other flower or light-coloured porous material to prevent it from dying.

Light & heat exposure : The flower exposed to the sun for extended periods of time may discolour - Exposed to heat, it dries out.

Evolution over time : Over time, flowers tend to wither and fade more or less. Dark colours discolour more than light ones.

Flower's colour : Food colouring (non-toxic)

Characteristics of Gypsophila

Gypsophila is particularly prized for its small white or pink flowers, which grow in airy clusters. Because of its delicacy and ethereal appearance, Gypsophila is often used in wedding bouquets, floral arrangements and decorations.

Colour combinations

Lavender Lane’ gypsophila works well with a variety of other colours to create harmonious pastel floral arrangements. Among the most successful combinations are ‘Pink Flamingo’ and ‘Meringue’.

  • Pink Flamingo: This pink shade, reminiscent of the colour of pink flamingos, blends perfectly with the soft lavender of ‘Lavender Lane’ gypsophila. Together, these colours create delicate, romantic floral arrangements, ideal for weddings and special events.
  • Meringue: ‘Meringue’ is an off-white with creamy tones. Combined with the lavender of gypsophila, it adds a touch of softness and elegance. This combination is perfect for sophisticated, luminous floral arrangements.

Coordinated floral projects

Lavender Lane’ gypsophila is part of a complete range of plants in the same colour, offering a host of possibilities for coordinated floral schemes. Other plants in the range include dried fine grass, dried ouro, preserved craspedia, preserved amaranth, dried lagurus ovatus and many more.

Green decor for restaurants: zero maintenance, real results
Green decor for restaurants: zero maintenance, real results
Plants are one of the most effective ways to create a certain atmosphere in a restaurant. This is known as biophilic design: bringing elements of nature indoors to bring life, freshness and a sense of well-being. There are many areas in a restaurant where this can be applied: reception counters, centrepieces, toilets and circulation areas. The preserved and artificial plants offered by SecondFlor are an ideal solution that requires no maintenance.
